Use Cases
Show Control Integration
Cue DearScenario Player from the system that owns the scenario — QLab, TouchDesigner, Companion, or a custom script. The player runs the picture; it does not schedule the show.
Commands are the catalog; protocols are filters. Start from the Command Reference, then pick a transport.
Choosing a transport
| Protocol | Best for |
|---|---|
| HTTP | Scripts, web apps, curl. Confirmed replies. |
| OSC | TouchDesigner, QLab, Max/MSP. Playback cues. |
| Bitfocus Companion | Stream Deck, no-code show control. |
